Vaseline Glass or Uranium Glass

Vaseline Glass is the common name for Uranium glass.  Vaseline or Uranium is glass which has had uranium  added to a glass mix prior to melting. The most typical color of vaseline glass or uranium glass is a pale yellowish-green. 

To confirm that vaseline glass is true, a black light held up to a piece of vaseline glass will make the glass glow.  I have sold several pieces of vaseline glass over the years, however, the value has diminished greatly.  There are vaseline glass collectors out there, however, they are looking for a bargain or a piece that is unusual.
